Blizzard Entertainment has officially confirmed the launch date for World of Warcraft Forever, its ambitious “Classic Plus” iteration of the landmark MMO, with the game entering beta testing now and launching November 4 on Mac and Windows PC. Announced at BlizzCon 2026, the project delivers the throwback experience fans have requested for years — a version of WoW frozen in a “time bubble” between Warcraft III and The Burning Crusade, free from the major expansions and design overhauls that reshaped the game over two decades. The title will ship with new zones, quests, dungeons, and a new playable race, alongside quality-of-life improvements that distinguish it from the original 2004 release.
