How about a gun that throws out melee attacks! W and D - to move Space - to jump Left Click - for punch Right Click - for Foot 1 - will reset the level
m - for fullscreen use punch and foot to destroy the enemy use the truck and box for safety there are 3 levels, and the last level repeats, the goal is to go right. TIP: to get far on the third level, you will need a good combination of foot and punch.
