However, one dedicated fan, Brad Barber (known as Minute_Food_2881 on Reddit), has taken things to a whole new level. Remember his “cursed” Millennium Simba set from last year? Well, he’s back with another masterpiece.
This time, Barber utilized the newly released LEGO Halloween Pumpkin Lantern set (set #40872). What makes this creation truly special is that it actually lights up! The Pumpkin Lantern set includes a light brick, normally activated by pressing the stem. But Barber cleverly integrated it so that the Millennium Falcon version also illuminates when placed on its stand. This adds an extra layer of eerie brilliance to the build.
Like many of Barber’s previous MOCs, this alternate build can be constructed entirely using pieces from the original Pumpkin Lantern set. The light brick shines forward when activated, casting a spooky glow that perfectly complements the Millennium Falcon design. It’s an impressively creative and fun alternative to a traditional Star Wars-themed build.
