Game Overview & History
A letter from a woman named Rose prompts Fiero to undertake a journey through the forest to pay her a visit. However, along his way he encounters some dangerous lumberjacks who attempt to do him harm. Fiero makes an unlikely friend with an odd yet lively rubber ball, which follows him and helps him on his journey. Note: The first scene is just an animation. Press any key to begin the game, or watch some camera zooming for a bit. Also, there is no additional content beyond the house.
Fiero was created over a weekend for Ludum Dare game jam #32. There will likely not be any further updates to the game.
Gameplay Mechanics & Systems
Controls: WASD or Arrow Keys for movement. Hold SHIFT to sprint. With the ball: Hold Q to see where the ball is if you become separated. Hold E to have the ball attempt to follow you.
