Leaked corporate slides have unveiled the first official details of the anticipated Epic Games Launcher V2, a revamp aimed squarely at addressing long‑standing user complaints about sluggish performance.

At the heart of the update is a promise of a fully rebuilt launcher that will open five times faster from a completely closed state and load a user’s game library six times quicker when launched from the taskbar.
