The Utah Fourth Judicial District Court has reportedly served him with a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), preventing him from releasing the third and final installment of his series on Lego resellers Bricks & Minifigs.
Previously, it appeared that progress was being made in Reckless Ben’s investigation. The CEO of Patreon had intervened to ensure his content remained unredacted, leaked bodycam footage implicating the American Fork Police Department had surfaced online, and a GoFundMe campaign to reimburse the Mansell family for their stolen Lego collection had garnered over $450,000.
However, in a video published on June 9, Ben revealed that he can no longer publish or discuss Part 3 of his investigation due to being served legal papers via email. The decision not to proceed with the final part is not only a setback for Ben but also for the Mansell family’s GoFundMe campaign, as any action could result in immediate loss of funds.
Ben has been officially barred from producing any content about Bricks & Minifigs Franchising, as confirmed by a court‑issued Temporary Restraining Order dated May 28, 2026. The order not only prohibits new videos but also allows the removal of any of Ben’s prior uploads that contain details tied to the private legal dispute between Bryan Mansell and Chrystal Law—former owners of the Salem, Oregon location—and the alleged misconduct outlined in the Verified Complaint.
