Through its official blog, the company unveiled a host of special activities slated for 2026, designed to let fans snag spectacular prizes. This year, PlayStation will be giving away consoles, controllers, months of PS Plus, store credit, and much more. Below you’ll find everything you need to know to win one of these coveted rewards.
For those unfamiliar, Days of Play is an annual celebration where PlayStation offers enticing discounts on games, hardware, and accessories, while rewarding fans with a variety of gifts through special events such as giveaways and competitive tournaments.
Days of Play 2026 will run from May 27 to June 10, and starting tomorrow players will have the chance to snag enticing prizes.

Participants can battle it out in Madden NFL 26, NBA 2K26, TEKKEN 8, Mortal Kombat 1, EA Sports UFC 5, EA Sports College Football 26, Gran Turismo 7, Astro Bot, Asphalt 9: Legends, and Fortnite. The contests are open to PS5 owners who hold a PS Plus subscription, accessed via the PlayStation Tournaments hub.
Every entrant automatically enters a sweepstakes where grand prizes include a PlayStation Portal, a DualSense Edge controller, a 12‑month PlayStation Plus Premium subscription, and $100 USD in PS Store credit.
Players who accumulate the most victories in their region will also receive the prize package, so it’s worth testing your mettle in your favorite games.
Simply by participating, you’ll also receive an exclusive Days of Play avatar at no cost.
Fortnite players will also have a chance to win a share of a $200,000 USD prize pool during the upcoming Days of Play events.
In addition, special tournaments for EA Sports FC 26, EA Sports Madden NFL 26, and Mortal Kombat 1 will feature double virtual currency rewards for winners, along with an exclusive avatar for each title.
Those who test their driving skills in Gran Turismo 7 will be rewarded with a unique Days of Play decorative item.
PlayStation is extending the celebration to all its users, regardless of tournament participation. Starting on June 4, the company will release a free set of avatars titled PlayStation Indies, obtainable via a special code that will be announced in the coming days.
