Man Uses Chainsaw to Steal $10,000+ Pokémon Cards, Cut, Arrested

According to reports, the owner of Collection Realm—a boutique that specializes in card games and collectible items—contacted the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office to file a burglary and home‑invading complaint following an incident that occurred overnight on May 21.

A surveillance clip captured a man attempting to force entry into the shop. He first tried to pry the door with a stone, but when that failed he resorted to a battery‑powered chainsaw, carving a triangular notch into the hurricane‑proof front window.

After reviewing the footage, the proprietor estimated that the thief walked away with roughly $12,000 worth of Pokémon cards, including protective sleeves and other prized collectibles. Witnesses report that the suspect sustained cuts during the break‑in, leaving a trail of blood at the scene.
