Bestselling author Rebecca Yarros is set to expand the world of her blockbuster fantasy franchise with a new installment arriving September 29. Titled Threshing Day, the fourth addition to the Empyrean Series — home to Fourth Wing and its sequels — will debut across major retailers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, and Audible. Yarros announced the title earlier this year, and preorders have since surged to the top of Amazon’s best-seller charts. Unlike the preceding novels, Threshing Day takes a different structural approach: rather than a single sweeping narrative, it is a collection of short stories that chronicle the pivotal day various characters bonded with their dragons.
