Wanted to open up a serious discussion on Open-Back Studio Headphones + Dedicated Mic vs ‘7.1 Virtual Surround’ Gaming Headset.

From my testing and competitive experience: Sennheiser HD560S gives real directional stereo imaging; virtual 7.1 is muddy bloated reverb.

Gaming companies slapping a 50-cent RGB strip and a ‘7.1 Virtual Surround’ sticker to charge $200 for tin cans.

Solid points raised, but you have to factor in real world usage: 0ms human reaction time tracking with 60% rotational pull is soft aimbot, period.
