Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Players Learn How to Complete Leda’s “Captains’ Drink Recipes” Quest

September 23, 2026 · Gamer24H Editorial Team

Players of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave looking to finish Leda’s “Captains’ Drink Recipes” quest have a clear path forward: head to the world map, target the right nodes, and use the “Search” command to guarantee the pepper leaves needed to complete the mission. While the material can occasionally drop from nodes scattered across the map, relying on that chance is unreliable — the most dependable method is to travel directly to the four known locations and search them out. The quest carries a deadline of November 27, making it essential for players who want the rewards before time runs out.

Pepper leaves are one of several collectible materials in the game, and unlike the rarer wonder leaves, they can be found across multiple nodes. This abundance gives players flexibility in route planning, allowing them to combine the search with proximity to other objectives rather than treating the trip as a standalone errand.

Where the Nodes Are Located

Four nodes currently serve as reliable sources of pepper leaves, and each offers a different travel distance from the central Dagsion area. The quickest stop is the Myugria Great Tree in Saveilon, located on the southern portion of the map. Players can reach it by traveling to the Salacia Posthouse and then heading south.

Traveler’s Garden is the second most accessible location. Reaching it requires heading northeast into the Castalia region, then taking a carriage to Eochaid Posthouse. From there, players move east past the Port of Pandora and continue north once they arrive at Zethus Falls.

Unlike wonder leaves, which are pretty rare, you can find pepper leaves in multiple nodes. There are no significant differences between the nodes, so you can choose to travel to the ones that would be more useful to visit, whether because of proximity or secondary objectives you have.

For players willing to invest more turns, two additional nodes are available. The Forest of No Return in Pasithea is the farthest option, sitting in the northwest corner of the region. Players should ensure they have enough turns to return, as the closest carriage-accessible node is the Chiron Posthouse, and enemies may lurk in surrounding areas. Cape Nereus in Solidus, meanwhile, sits on the southwest corner of the region along the border with the large desert of Nysiades. Both Aragona Posthouse and Cartodo Posthouse offer carriage access, though prioritizing Aragona saves a few turns.

Community players have noted that the quest’s deadline makes route efficiency important, particularly for those who are also chasing secondary objectives in the same regions.

Looking Ahead

Completing the “Captains’ Drink Recipes” quest rewards players with 180 renown points, additional drink options to purchase, and the Song of Icewater+, an upgraded version of Leda’s defensive area-of-effect song. With the November 27 deadline in mind, players should weigh the travel distance of each node against their current campaign priorities.

For newcomers navigating the complex paths of causality in Fortune’s Weave, additional resources are available on Gamer24h, including guides on which character to pick first, how to change heroes, and whether to play in casual or classic mode. As the campaign unfolds, players are encouraged to focus on recruiting more characters, unlocking Boons of Salvation, and spending free time wisely.
