Microsoft has been persistently encouraging its users to transition from the traditional Outlook to the New Outlook, introducing numerous enhancements such as PST features and a unified inbox to the latter. Yet, the response from customers has been tepid, with many deeming the New Outlook as subpar, even “hot garbage”. In an effort to entice users to migrate, Microsoft has showcased 15 features that can be utilized within the New Outlook.
While not all of these features are exclusive to the New Outlook, a significant number are also accessible in the Classic Outlook. Microsoft is optimistic that this blend of familiar and innovative features will attract both existing users and newcomers. However, it remains uncertain if this list will significantly sway users who remain loyal to the traditional Outlook.
